Section 55: Savings of Validity of Acts and Proceedings

The University of Horticultural Sciences Ordinance, 2009.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 11 of 2010

No Act done or proceedings taken under this Ordinance shall be questioned merely on the ground,-

(i) of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of any Authority;

(ii) of any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
