Section 63: Transitory Provisions

The University of Horticultural Sciences Ordinance, 2009.State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 11 of 2010

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance, the Vice-Chancellor may, with the previous approval of the Chancellor discharge all or any of the functions of the University for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Ordinance and for that purpose may exercise any powers or perform any duties which by this Ordinance are to be exercised or performed by any Authority or body of the University until such authority or body comes in to existence as provided by this Ordinance or the Statutes or regulations.
