Section 36: Duties of Teachers

the University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering Act, 2021State Act of Karnataka · Act 9 of 2022

(1) Every teacher of the University shall carry out the work relating to teaching, research, examination or any other academic work assigned to him by the University, from time to time.

(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), both the teaching and non-teaching employees in the service of the University shall be administratively controlled by the University. They shall abide by the instructions and orders issued by the University from time to time.
