Section 44: Dissolution or winding up of the University

the University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering Act, 2021State Act of Karnataka · Act 9 of 2022

In the event of dissolution or winding up of the University, the assets remaining as on the date of dissolution shall under no circumstances be distributed among the members of the Board of Governors or Finance Committee, but the same shall be transferred to the state government or another university whose objects are similar to that of this University with the approval of the State Government.
