Section 50: Pension and Provident Funds

the University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering Act, 2021State Act of Karnataka · Act 9 of 2022

The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Regulations, such pension, insurance and provident funds as it may deem fit:

Provided that, current employees shall continue to get the benefits of either the old pension or the new pension scheme as they are entitled in the existing University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE). It shall not be altered to their disadvantage.
