Section 11: Control by the Managing Director

The Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973State Act of Karnataka · Act 25 of 1974

Subject to such regulations as may be framed by the Board, the Managing Director shall 1[be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board and shall]1 exercise supervision and control over the acts and proceedings of all the officers and servants of the Board.
