Section 3: Creation and incorporation of the Board

The Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973State Act of Karnataka · Act 25 of 1974

The duty of carrying out the provisions of this Act shall, subject to the restrictions, conditions and limitations therein contained be vested in a Board to be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board and such Board shall be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
