Section 36: Supplementary estimate

The Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board Act, 1973State Act of Karnataka · Act 25 of 1974

(1) The Board may at any time, during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before it at a special meeting.

(2) The provisions of sub-sections (3), (4) and (6) of section 34 and section 35 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
