Section 10: Inquiries and proceedings to be judicial proceedings

The Karnataka Village Offices Abolition Act, 1961State Act of Karnataka · Act 14 of 1961

All inquiries and proceedings before the Deputy Commissioner under this Act shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of 1[sections 229, 257 and 268 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023).]1
