Section 38: Promotional posts

The Visvesvaraya Technological University Act, 1994State Act of Karnataka · Act 39 of 1994

(1) Career promotional opportunities shall be provided to the staff by formulating proper cadre and recruitment rules by the Board.

(2) All promotional posts shall be filled up by promotion from among the eligible candidates as prescribed in the cadre and recruitment rules.
