Section 47: Vacating of office

The Visvesvaraya Technological University Act, 1994State Act of Karnataka · Act 39 of 1994

(1) Any member other than an ex-officio member, of any authority of the University, may resign his office by letter addressed to the Registrar.

(2) Any member of the authority of the University shall cease to be member upon his being convicted by a court of law for an offence which involves moral turpitude.
