Section 48A: Dissolution or winding up of the university

The Visvesvaraya Technological University Act, 1994State Act of Karnataka · Act 39 of 1994

In the event of dissolution or winding up of the University, the assets remaining as on the date of dissolution shall under no circumstances be distributed among the members of the Executive Council or Finance Committee, but the same shall be transferred to another University whose objects are similar to that of this University.]1
