Every Warehouseman shall file in the office of the Prescribed Authority information regarding the names and addresses of persons, with their signatures authorized to sign receipts on behalf of the Warehouseman and shall immediately, inform the Prescribed Authority of any change. If new persons are authorized, information in respect of them shall also be supplied.
