Section 17: Charges to be made by Warehouseman

The Karnataka Warehouses Rules,1969.State Rules of Karnataka · 1962

No Warehouseman shall levy or recover charges for the services in excess of the schedule of charges filed by him along with the application for licence and approved by the Prescribed Authority from time to time:

Provided that in the Warehouses established under the Agricultural Produce (Development and Warehousing) Corporations Act 1956, or the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962, the Corporation may allow a rebate not exceeding ten per cent of the Schedule charges for the deposits received from the Co-operative Societies.
