If at any time loss or damage by fire, theft, riots, floods, burglary or strike occurs at or within a 12 warehouse, the warehouseman shall report within twenty four hours to the Prescribed Authority, the depositor and the insurance company, the occurrence of such event and the extent of loss or damage.
