Section 29: Removal or transfer of goods by Warehouseman

The Karnataka Warehouses Rules,1969.State Rules of Karnataka · 1962

The Warehouseman may remove any goods stored in the Warehouse or transfer them to another warehouse, provided the cancellation of the existing receipt and issuing of a new receipt is effected immediately after the transfer is effected.
