The Prescribed Authority, may, subject to the provisions of Section 24, suspend or cancel the licence granted to any Wiegher, Sampler or Grader if he 16 contravenes any of the conditions of the license or of these rules, or if in the opinion of the Prescribed Authority his continuance as a license is likely to be detrimental to the working of the Warehouse.
