Section 39: Use of standard weight and measures by Warehouseman

The Karnataka Warehouses Rules,1969.State Rules of Karnataka · 1962

Every Warehouseman shall use only such scales, weights and measures and weighing or measuring machines as are duly certified to be correct by an Inspector appointed for the purpose, under the Karnataka Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act,

1958. They shall be got verified and stamped once in every two years.
