Section 4: Scales of fee for grant of license

The Karnataka Warehouses Rules,1969.State Rules of Karnataka · 1962

(1) The scale of annual fees payable for the grant of a license under section 4 to a warehouseman for the conduct of his business shall be as follows:

(2) If during the period of license the storage capacity is increased to exceed seven hundred cubic metres, the licensee shall pay the additional fee specified in sub-rule(1).
