Section 29: Removal of difficulties

The Kerala Abkari Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1989State Act of Kerala · Act 19 of 1989

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion may require, by order, do anything not inconsistent with this Act or the rules made thereunder, which appears to them necessary for the purposes of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be passed after two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall he laid before the Legislative Assembly.
