Section 22: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 2003State Act of Kerala · Act 27 of 2003

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person or anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Committee for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
