Section 27: Amendment of Act 10 of 1960

The Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 2003State Act of Kerala · Act 27 of 2003

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 76 of the Kerala Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1959 (10 of 1960), an amount equal to 8[thirty per cent] of the legal benefit fund collected under the said section shall be transferred every year to the Fund constituted under this Act.
