Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act where an agriculturist, with intent to defeat or delay his creditor or creditors, has made any voluntary transfer of any interest in immovable property within one year immediately proceeding the date of publication of this Act in the Gazette, such agriculturist shall not be entitled to the benefits of this Act.
