Section 17: Appeal

The Kerala Agricultural Debtors (Temporary Relief) Act, 2001State Act of Kerala · Act 19 of 2001

(1) An appeal shall lie against any order passed under sub-section (8) of section 7 or section 10 to the Court or Tribunal to which appeals ordinarily lie, from the decisions of the Court or authority which has passed the order.

(2) An order passed in appeal under sub-section (1) shall be final.
