The Travancore-Cochm Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1955 and the Madras Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1919, as in force in the Malabar Distrwt referred to in sub-section {2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (Central Act 37 of 1956), are hereby repealed .
