Explanation.-For the pm pose only of this section, the GO\·ernment shall be deemed to be the Of'CUpier m the case of all lands whwh are the property of Government Withm the meaning of sectwn 3, subsectiOn

(1), of the Kerala Land Conservancy Act 1957.
