Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Kerala Automobiles Limited (Validation of Appointment of Personnel) Act, 2004State Act of Kerala · Act 3 of 2004

(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Automobiles Limited (Validation of Appointment of Personnel) Act, 2004.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of September, 2003.

*Received the assent of the Governor on the 25th day of February, 2004 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.512 dated 26th February, 2004.
