Section 24: Limitation of hours of work

The Kerala Borstal Schools Act, 1961State Act of Kerala · Act 31 of 1961

No inmate of a borstal school shall be made to work for more than six hours a day:

Provided that extra drill awarded as a punishment under sub-section (1) of section 23 shall not be deemed, for the purposes of this section, to be work.
