Section 30: Repeal

The Kerala Borstal Schools Act, 1961State Act of Kerala · Act 31 of 1961

The Madras Borstal Schools Act, 1925 (Act V of 1926), as in force in the Malabar district referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (Central Act 37 of 1956) and the Travancore Borstal Schools Act, 1120 (Act XXXI of 1120), are hereby repealed.
