Any person detained in a borstal school for failure to furnish security when ordered to do so under section 118 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Central Act 5 of 1898), shall be released on furnishing such security or on the passing of an order under sub-section (1) of section 124 of the said Code.
