Section 32: Protection of action taken in good faith
The Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1965State Act of Kerala · Act 2 of 1965
(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, order or direction made or issued thereunder.
(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, any officer or authority for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, any rule, order, or direction made or issued thereunder.
