Section 15: Protection of action taken in good faith

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against 21[the Government or the Corporation or the Federation or a workers’ co-operative society or an institution] or any officer or other employee of 22[the Government or the Corporation or the Federation or a workers’ co-operative society or an institution] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against 23[the Government or the Corporation or the Federation or a workers’ co-operative society or an institution] any officer or other employee of 24[the Government or the Corporation the Federation or a workers’ cooperative society or an institution] for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
