Section 7: Duty to deliver possession of property acquired and documents relating thereto

The Kerala Cashew Factories (Acquisition) Act, 1974State Act of Kerala · Act 29 of 1974

(1) Where any property has vested in the Government under this Act, every person in whose possession or custody or under whose control the property may be, shall deliver the property to the Government forthwith.

(2) The Government may take or cause to be taken all necessary steps for securing possession of the properties which have vested in the Government under this Act and, for this purpose, the Government may use such force as they deem necessary.
