Section 13: Repeal and saving

The Kerala Cashew Factories (Requisitioning) Act, 1979 (Act 6 of 1979)State Act of Kerala · Act 6 of 1979

(!) The Kerala Cashew Factories (Requisitioning) Ordinance, 1978 (26 of 1978), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwith:;1ancling such repeal, anything done or any action taken under 1he said Ordinance shall he deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
