Section 8: Mode of payment of rent

The amount of rent payable under thi" Act shall, subject to any rules made thereunder, be paid by the Governmellt to the person or persons entitled thc:reto by means of cheque:

Provided that the amount of rent payable under this Act in respect of a cashew f.1.ctory v~sted in the Corp.'Jration in pursuance of an order made under sub-section (3) of sect'on 3 shall be paid by the Corporation.
