Section 21: Bar of benefits under Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

The Kerala Cashew Workers Relief and Welfare Fund Act, 1979State Act of Kerala · Act 19 of 1984

Any employee who is paid relief wages under this Act shall not be entitled to claim the compensation, if any, payable under Chapter VA of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), for the days on which such relief wages have been paid.
