The Travancore-Cochin battle Trespas Act, 1125 (Act XII of 1125) and the Cattle Trespass Act, 1871 (Central Act 10(1871) in its application to the Malabar district referred to in subsection (2)01‘ section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956, are hereby repealed; but notwnhstanding such repeal all pound:
