The Government may, by general or special order, direct that any power exercisable by them under this Act shall, m such Circumstances and under such conditlOns, lf any, as may be specified m the order, be ~· exercisable also by an officer subordmate to the Government
Section 56: Procedure m respect of bonds -The provisions o.l Chapter XLII of the Code of Crimmal Procedure, 1898, shall, as far as may be, apply to bonds taken under this Act 57 Delegatzon of powers
