Section 20: Repeal and saving

The Kerala Co-Operative Hospital Complex, the Academy of Medical Sciences and Allied Institutions (Taking Over and Administration) Act, 2019State Act of Kerala · Act 13 of 2019

(1) The Kerala Co-operative Hospital Complex, the Academy of Medical Sciences and Allied Institutions (Taking over and Administration) Ordinance, 2019 (24 of 2019) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
