If the court retains the superintendence 'under section 52, the person who has succeeded to the property, or the person who has ceased to be disqualified, shall, in so far as the property in questiOn is concerned, be deemed to be a ward of the court for the purposes of clauses (a) and (b) of sub-~ection (1) and sub-section r2) of section 33.
