Section 13: Sitting fees, travelling allowance and daily allowance to members of the Board

Sitting fees to the non-official members, travelling allowance and daily allowance to all members of the Board shall be at such rate as may be prescribed. .

14. Appointment of Officers and Staff—(\) The Government may appoint such officers and staff as they may deem necessary, in such manner as may be prescribed, on deputation from the Registration Department for assisting the Secretary in the performance of the functions of the Board under this Act.

(2) The Secretary of the Board shall be responsible for the implementation of the decisions of the Board.
