The Madras Electiicity Duty Act, [939 (ActV of “333) as in force in the Malabar District referred to in sub-section
(2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 and the Travancore-Cochin Electricity Duty Act, 1950 (Act IV of 1950) are hereby repealed.
