Section 11: Meetings of the Board

The Kerala Employment Guarantee Workers Welfare Fund Act, 2021State Act of Kerala · Act 29 of 2021

(1) The Board shall hold meeting, atleast once during three months, for the transaction of its business.

(2) The quorum of the meeting shall be seven members including two official members.

(3) The Chairman or in his absence any person chosen by the members present from among themselves shall preside at the meeting of the Board.

(4) Any case which comes for the consideration of the Board shall be decided by the majority of votes of the members present and in the case of equality of votes, the Chairman or the member presiding in the meeting shall have a casting vote.
