Section 21: Directions given by Government

The Kerala Employment Guarantee Workers Welfare Fund Act, 2021State Act of Kerala · Act 29 of 2021

(1) The Government may, give directions to the Board regarding the matters to be followed by the Board.

(2) The Board shall not deviate from any direction given under sub-section (1), while exercising the powers and discharging its duties under this Act.
