Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Engineering Technicians' Co-Operative Societies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977State Act of Kerala · Act 20 of 1977

(1) This Act may be called the Engineering Technicians' Co-operative Societies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 17 th day of March, 1977.

* Received the assent of the President on the 12th day of August, 1977 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 477 dated 12th August, 1977.
