Section 11: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Engineering Technicians' Co-Operative Societies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977State Act of Kerala · Act 20 of 1977

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or other person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.

(2) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or other person for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
