Section 13: Repeal and saving

The Engineering Technicians' Co-Operative Societies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977State Act of Kerala · Act 20 of 1977

(1) The Engineering Technicians' Co-operative Societies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1977 (12 of 1977), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
