Section 11H: Disposal of property

The Kerala Escheats and Forfeitures Act, 1964State Act of Kerala · Act 4 of 1964

Abandoned property shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Kerala Government Land Assignment Act, 1960 and the rules made thereunder:

Provided that such property shall not be sold until it has been in the possession of the Government for not less than twelve years.]
