Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Kerala Farmers' Debt Relief Commission Act 2006State Act of Kerala · Act 1 of 2007

(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Farmers' Debt Relief Commission Act, 2006.

*Received the assent of the Governor on the 18th day of January, 2007 and published in the Kerala Extraordinary Gazette No. 106 dated 18th January, 2007.

(2) It shall come into force at once.
