Section 30: Acijudication

{1) Where any Authorised Officer has reason to believe that there is contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or rules made thereunder or any order issued thereunder or any of the conditions of the registration or licence, he shall give a report in this regard to the Adjudicating Officer.

(2) The Adjudicating Officer on receipt of a report from the Authorised Officer under sub-section (I) or a report from the Fish Seed Inspector or from.

Fish Seed Analyst, shall hold an enquiry into the matters mentioned in the report, in the prescribed manner, by giving all the parties concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
